Teachers

 

Leslie is a 500 RYT. She began her yoga teaching in 1985. Her graduate studies include training at the Process Work Institute where she studied with Arnold Mindell and other leaders of Process Work (A Jungian centered, somatic based therapy) earning a Certification as a Process Worker. In addition to her experience as a yoga teacher at studios and retreat centers, she has taught yoga to returning combat vets, to domestic violence survivors and in shelters for more than 10 years. She was the Executive Director of Street Yoga, a trauma informed yoga that serves homeless and at-risk youth, where she helped develop programming. She completed comprehensive specialized training offered by the Trauma Center of Brookline Mass. Certified in Enneagram, a Reiki Master Teacher, Pastoral Counseling training, years of study as a Seminarian at Temple of Kriya Yoga, co-founder of Pathways Center where she developed programming and taught yoga.

Mary Ann Rueger, RYT, Yoga Therapist, Senior Yoga Teacher


Mary Ann has taught yoga for 10 years after a practice that began in the 70s. She is trained by Phoenix Rising.. One of the global leading trainers of yoga therapists. She has studied meditation at an ashram in Nepal, deepened her practice and teaching in restorative based yoga.,. and explored ways to touch the lives of those new to Yoga. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tanja Morgan, B.A., M.A. Perfect BarreTM Instructor

 

Tanja is a writer and has just finished her first novel.  She's also a fitness enthusiast who has never met a workout she didn't  like, but admits to falling in love with Perfect Barre after her very first class. Her passion is helping women find their inner strength and fall in love with their bodies—and with a fit, healthy lifestyle. She thrives on getting her students addicted to the challenge and great results of Perfect Barre.
